**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and contribute to the success of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional hospitality skills, have a proven track record of managing a restaurant efficiently, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
**Duties:**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills of team members, including training on food handling and safety.
- Manage and maintain cash handling, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, ensuring that all staff members are motivated and engaged.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive reputation for the restaurant.
- Identify and address any areas of improvement, implementing changes as necessary
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in the food industry.
- Strong hospitality skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience with cash handling and managing a POS system.
- Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
