Drive full lifecycle from job posting, sourcing, recruiting, processing pre-hire activities (extending offers, processing background checks and applicable pre-employment drug tests) through on-boarding process
Partner with hiring managers and HR managers to formulate effective recruiting strategies
Conduct regular meetings with internal customers to better understand their current needs and requirements and take appropriate actions
Build and manage external partners such as culinary schools and other source venues
Organize and/or participate in career fairs
Serve as point of contact for candidate relationship management
Provide monthly report on recruitment activities
Previous experience in an Applicant Tracking System a plus
Knowledge of UltiPro a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong relationship building skills with all levels
Extremely organized and efficient and detail oriented
Ability to stay focused on the big picture while managing details with follow up
Ability to deal with matters in a professional and effective manner
Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the corporation while remaining customer focused and results-driven.
Self motivated with enthusiasm, flexibility, a team player, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast pace, high-growth environment.
