The Technology Analyst II will be responsible for understanding business and technology requirements in collaboration with business teams and architects. Help plan the structure of the system with the Information Technology I.T. team and clients. Work with designers and developers to explain the design and assist them throughout the build process. Gather feedback from end users for continuous improvements.
Defines system specifications based on the needs of the company.
Plan and design the structure of the technology solution.
Break down large scale projects into manageable phases.
Communicate system requirements to software development teams.
Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.
Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure.
Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field
In lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.
Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience working in the Health Care Industry.
Experience with Health Services (UM/CM modules) or equivalent.
Good communications skills, written, verbal, listening and responding.
Strong demonstrated problem solving skills.
Ability to build from good relationships with clients/operational leadership and colleagues.
Ability to gather and assimilate information.
Current knowledge of technical applications.
Good knowledge of quality standards, legislation and best practices.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
