The Visitor Services Representative is responsible for welcoming and assisting patients, their families and visitors entering the hospital from the main and Pavilion entrances; and answering questions, providing information and directing people to the hospital location needed, thus helping create an atmosphere in the hospital that is calm and caring, yet efficient.
Management of Assaultive Behavior within 1 year of hire.
6 months experience in a customer service environment. Service recovery skills preferred. Service oriented behaviors required.
