Client Onboarding Specialist

The Client Onboarding Specialist is part of the Implementations Depart, which is responsible for the execution of high quality, accurate, and on-time client onboarding procedures from the kick-off to the first live order. How do they do this? They bring impactful prepaid programs to life by extracting a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ goals and friction points, consider all stakeholder perspectives and capabilities and unleashing the power of internal Swift departments.

The Client Onboarding Specialist is accountable for completing all assigned project tasks to ensure the completion of high quality client program implementation projects in a timely manner, from kickoff through the first live order. This person works under the direction and guidance of the Client Onboarding Manager and Directors, while also having the opportunity to mentor and teach the Client Onboarding Coordinators. The Client OnboardingSpecialist is expected to maintain a solid understanding of Swift’s services, products and capabilities; clients and their businesses; and how Swift’s products meet their unique needs. This person is responsible for working with Swift’s internal teams to maintain and pursue effective and productive processes.

Completes assigned project tasks for 8-10 projects simultaneously. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Data entry and administrative tasks to enter implementation projects into Swift’s platform
  • Task request submission through Swift’s ticketing system to coordinate tasks with other internal departments
  • Conduct QA testing and complete a thorough QA checklist
Participates in scoping and discovery sessions with client teams to gain accurate, reliable information about client needs, expectations, and processes
Utilizes Swift’s departmental resources to create solutions based on information gathered during scope and discovery
Participates in training sessions with the client based on the project needs
Identifies areas of process and/or product improvement in the Implementations Department and cross-functionally
Documents processes and procedures
Conduct product functionality testing
Engaged in internal team projects, contributing ideas and completing assigned action items
Effectively interact with Swift’s internal departments as well as with Swift’s clients

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in a project coordinator or specialist role
Experience working with internal teams and external clients
Excellent communication skills
Flexible and pro-active thought process and mindset
