Establish long-term relationships by performing a comprehensive needs analysis of BCU products and services; while also building member loyalty through delivering a world-class service experience
Identify member needs and cross-sell of all BCU products and services
Onboard and engage our BR01 New Members during first 90 days of membership
Apply current BCU lending fundamentals, policies and procedures
Maintain a working knowledge of credit reports to evaluate credit standing, perform needs assessment and to identify competitor buyout opportunities
Provide fundamental credit counseling to members where appropriate and necessary
Successfully complete all required registrations and certifications as needed.
High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree a plus
Ability to collect and analyze data
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in basic use of the Windows operating system, email, and the Internet
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively deliver a balanced sales approach of all BCU products and services
Demonstrated ability and experience in providing world-class customer service
Demonstrated experience working with teams
Bilingual a plus
