Essential Job Functions
- Perform setups and adjust offsets as needed.
- Willingness and ability to plan and meet performance and production expectations
- Operating CNC Machines with fanuc controls.
- Meet quality standards and blue print tolerances.
- Perform program editing (speed, feed tools, etc.) Fanuc 18i control.
- Examine finished work pieces and verifies conformance to quality standards
- Accurately completes work order paperwork/documentation.
- Perform routine and preventative machine maintenance and inspections as required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Should have experience with G Code/ Fanuc.
- Reliable, dependable, and dedicated to meeting quality and integrity standards.
- Driven to solve problems and help others.
- Good time management skills.
Education and Experience
- 5+ years prior CNC or machinist experience required for senior level operator
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work in noisy environments
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times multiple times a day during shift.
