Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of relevant experience in digital advertising, media buying, or video advertising. Experience in project management, go-to-market strategy and working with cross functional teams.
Experience analyzing and creating data-driven narratives to influence audiences.
6 years experience in sales, marketing, strategic consulting, or similar role.
Experience buying/managing Video advertising and proficiency in YouTube ads products.
Strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives; Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment.
Excellent communication skills; confidence in presenting solutions to senior-level audiences and communicating with highly technical management and product teams.
Demonstrated ability to work, collaborate and influence cross-functionally. Ability to set a goal and vision for virtual team and translate this into tactical quarterly goals.

You will be a Global Product Lead for Performance Video and your focus will be be threefold. 1) Partnering with other GPLs to lead end-to-end GTM/Sales strategy and commercialization of Google’s Performance Video solutions (including incentive programs and client segmentation 2) own the GCS product strategy for components of Performance Video 3) work with marketing, regional activation and sales functions to enable strategic capability with these solutions amongst internal teams and customers. You’ll act as an industry and product expert, developing and activating a strategy for scaling resources, tools, and processes for performance video products and solutions globally while influencing and fueling the product roadmap of the future with Product and engineering.

Drive Performance Video product and feature adoption globally for the GCS organization through existing activation methods, incentives, and by developing new and creative solutions.
Plan and execute projects designed to accelerate growth, engaging with global, cross-functional teams to lead execution
Drive business insights and analysis w/in Performance Video, generating market, customer and sales insights through a variety of customer intelligence tools and approaches
Define/refine the go-to-market strategy for Performance Video, including customer segmentation, NAL/lead list definition, seller incentives, and sales-facing collateral.
Identify key product needs across GCS and partner with Product and Eng teams to execute action plans; partner with in-region teams to ensure seller readiness and drive adoption of new products/features.
