Creates, coordinates and implements sales plans and goals to achieve targeted growth in “same customers” and appropriate levels for new customers.
Plan, direct and monitor activities to ensure profitability and value for sourceMaster. Search for opportunities to be creative, grow and improve the business.
Divides time strategically between operations, direct reports, and personal sales effors to ensure profitability, growth and professional development are achieved. Handles multiple demands and meetings with effectiveness and enthusiasm.
Plans, organizes and streamlines branch processes. Spends significant time in the field participating in sales and making observations and recommendations to increase sales growth, customer service and leadership skills.
Ensures customers are within the staffing model and that appropriate staffing levels are met to achieve net operating income goals. Coaches and trains Operations and On-Site Managers to conduct assessments and audits in operations, staff performance, sales and customer satisfaction in their own hotels.
Conducts formal audits on a quarterly basis.
Reinforces a culture at the branch that places an emphasis on worker safety. Responsible for ensuring branch staff is completing job site visits and taking a proactive stance in the prevention of worker accidents. Sets a Market-wide goal to annually achieve worker safety ratio reductions.
Responsible for hitting sales targets in both revenue and profitability.
Maintains the customer relationship throughout the sales process and during service delivery as well. Sales funnels are used along with metrics tracking to help with progress reports.
Develops, prepares and presents comprehensive and competitive sales proposals. Continuously evaluates competitive activity and improves on sales technique to attain new accounts.
Maintains an awareness of the customers’ business environment and changing needs in order to resolve customer service issues effectively.
