We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service position.

The Customer Service Representative job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Answer phones promptly and courteously utilizing company procedures
  • Data Entry (sales orders) for the markets
  • Upsell existing account by promoting additional services offered by company
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key contacts
  • Handle the setup of new accounts and initiate cancellation of services when needed
  • Arrange for products to be delivered and/or picked up
  • Answer questions from customers on rules and regulations specific to their county or city
  • Place outbound calls when needed for follow up
  • New customer request forms
  • Resolves billing disputes
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications-(Education, Experience and Job Competency):

  • MUST have 3-5 years of customer service experience-MUST be a high INBOUND call center
  • MUST be detail oriented and have a strong phone voice
  • Experience with AS 400 is preferred
  • MUST have a strong ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
