Position: Front Office Assistant

Location: Houston, TX 77010

Type of Contract: Long Term Contract

Pay Range: $16 - 18.50/hr

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

A world wide renown company is seeking top talent to welcome in their guests and provide administrative support. To qualify for this position you must have 2 - 3 years of administrative support experience and be able to interview immediately

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet and Greet visitors
  • Receive packages and deliveries. Alert necessary employees of arrival.
  • Maintain delivery log for packages (federal express, ups, etc.)
  • Provide Parking Validations to visitors
  • Issue and track door cards for visitors
  • Update Inter office phone list
  • Submit Maintenance and repair request to building
  • Reserve conference rooms as requested
  • Handle/Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to the right department
  • Process all non-trade disbursements
  • Maintain vendor list
  • Verify all invoices have been received and processed for monthly closing and prepare accruals for items which have not yet been received.

Your Qualifications:

  • 2 - 3 years of administrative experience
  • Associate's of Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • SAP experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to interview immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 to $18.50 /hour
