Work Shift:
1ST SHIFT (United States of America)
This position is responsible for coaching and training Tyson Foods retail broker partners and store level personnel on in-store merchandising expectations. This includes all Tyson Foods products including Frozen Refrigerated Fresh and Deli. Other duties include: support sales team in achieving volume goals through incremental selling activity maintaining Tyson Foods shelving standards conducting business reviews with Walmart Department Store and Market Managers.

Additionally, this position will include identifying business trends through the use of POS and syndicated data and developing strategies to improve overall on shelf product availability.

Education: Bachelors degree or relevant professional experience.
Experience: 2 plus year of experience preferred or combination of experience and relevant education (internships).
Computer Skills: Requires advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint applications; must demonstrate ability to learn quickly.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills: Time management multi-tasking problem solving and being a team player is a must.
Supervisory: N A
Travel: 18-24 domestic trips per year.
