LIVE IN FITNESS is a boutique Fitness & Weight Loss Retreat created by Trainer & Nutritionist to the Stars Eric Viskovicz. With 20 years of heading up the top Fitness & Weight Loss Programs in the country, he is excited to branch back out to his roots here on the Los Angeles Health & Wellness scene in Long Beach, CA.
We are looking for an energetic Administrative Sale Assistant to join out sales team and to Inspire people to come to stay with us by educating them as to how to to push themselves to achieve success at a higher level than they thought possible.
The Administrative Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the Sales Consultant with answering calls and online chats as well as logging leads, sending out emails and email blasts, assisting with social media posts, sending out contracts, processing payments, paperwork follow up, basically doing everything to assist the sales consultant in booking a client to join our program. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the sales process, and if upward mobility is desired, move up the ladder!
Sales is where it all starts.
The starting wage for this position is $14 + per hour plus sales commission and bonuses as well ($40,000+ potential).
This position is located in Long Beach, CA which handles all incoming calls related to the retreat, including resort bookings.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Monitoring phone calls and online chats while Sales Consultant is engaged with other leads. High level of multi tasking is a must.
Create & track leads in our POS system, while gathering specific information and getting to know what each person needs and then communicating how Live In Fitness can help them to be successful. Find out about inidividuals goals and history with their weight and fitness and let them know how we can get them to their goals in the most effective and efficient way possible from our three pronged approach: focusing on the physical, nutritional & mental change.
Ability to handle high volume of customer interaction while delivering exceptional service;
Ability to learn, understand and effectively communicate with the guest about multiple Retreat
Packages and can easily adapt to changing pricing and product offerings.
Make suitable recommendations on services products to meet the guests' needs and the business objectives.
Perform daily sales and closing and be held responsible for end of day point of sale audit
Work on a computer with a high degree of accuracy and efficient speed. Must be able to interact with and engage the guest while working on a computer at the same time
Promote and embrace Live In Fitness's Mission and Values; provide a safe work environment;
Implement Live In Fitness's service essentials, strategies, policies and procedures
Resourcefulness, thinking on your feet, out of the box thinking
Strong navigation and search skills on internet sites
Ability to easily create relationships with people and make meaningful connections that result in people trusting that you have their best interest at heart.
Ability to assess what each person needs to get to where they need/want to be in their lives and guide them as to how we can get them there.
Driven to succeed and to exeed expectations and sales goals.
Naturally wanting to know more and to learn more and to expand and grow in new ways.
Must have quick Typing and texting skills and be tech savvy as your tools are a phone and a computer!
Comfortable talking to all kinds of people from all walks of life.
Experienced and/or conversational in a foreign language is a plus as we have an international reach
Prior experience with (resort) POS software, google docs, dropbox, excel, word
Fitness & Health Enthusiast with Experience in the Weight Loss, Fitness, Nutrition or Mental health Fields
Active on Social Media, linkdin etc.
Part Time 25 hours week or Full Time
