We are currently seeking a Roll Form-Trainee/Operator to join our team on 2nd Shift at our North East, PA Manufacturing Plant. This position works under close supervision of an experienced operator.

Responsibilities:
- Assist operator in running and setting up the machine
- Change rolls, shims and components in the mill as needed
- Work with very close tolerances from blueprints and roll form cards
- Use shop math, micrometer, gauges, tape measure and calipers
- Complete setups, routine maintenance, and other equipment related to operations
- Change pre-punch, punch and cut-off dies when needed
- Fill out paperwork in a timely and legible manner
- Maintain a safe and orderly work area
- Heavy Lifting as required
- Other duties as required
Experience:
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Basic Shop Math
- Mechanical Aptitude required
- Ability to use handheld measurement instruments
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
