Full Time Assitant Office Admin

We are a very large home staging company looking for a full time assistant to help out with office duties along side heavy calendaring, phone calls, and Emailing. This candidate would need to be available to interview and start immediately.

Hours will be 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday and hours may increase if there is a more workload and if you are flexible. This position will be available immediately. Please email us your resume and appropriate references.

We are looking for someone who has 1 year experience in-

* Someone that can work independently with minimal supervision

* Willing to work in a very fast paced environment

Duties-

Heavy calendaring

Heavy phone screening

Heavy emailing

Text messaging

Filing

Typing contracts

Bill collection
Mailing
Light A/R & A/P
Data entry
Emailing
Ordering office supplies
Updating a calendar on a dry erase board
Picking up or delivering items to a home that our staging team may have forgotten to bring (mileage to be reimbursed)

Our hours of operation are-

Mon- Fri 8am-4:30pm. Often times working a few hours into overtime
