Must be a Licensed Technician or Certified Applicator in the State of Texas.
Experience in the industry is mandatory. However, the most important factor we are seeking is an understanding of how to read people and interact efficiently, and effectively with a broad range of customers.
Our goal is to have someone who can adopt the culture we have established at Perfect Pest Control Services, and provide the highest level of integrated pest management solutions and customer service to our hill-country customers. The overall all goal would be to have someone trustworthy and hard-working in place that can eventually hire people underneath their CA license, and be a regional manager for us to help expand our presence in the San Antonio/Austin markets, continuing to target commercial customers until we have enough work-force to accommodate residential customer growth.
With this kind of "organic" growth, you would be alone. You would be part of a company per se, but the work and scheduling is yours to flesh out, with our help and guidance. Growth would take your own ideas and our money for different avenues of advertising, etc. This type of venture would seem more like your own company as you would be in your own outpost performing. This means you have to have discipline, honesty, and a little streak of entrepreneurship.
