A.K.A. Customer Maniac! You are the first person to interact with the customer as they walk in the door. It is your job to make sure that they feel welcome and as if they are the only guest in the restaurant. You will manage any wait times that may arise and will be responsible to seat each party according to the server chart. You will meet any guest needs should they arise and will be a part of the service team.
