Community Care Networkis comprised of Rutland Mental Health Services and Rutland Community Programs.Our mission is to enhance the well-being of our communities, individuals andfamilies through responsive, innovative and collaborative human service. TheCommunity Access Program (CAP) offers a comprehensive array of person-centeredsupports to children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families. This position is responsible for workingin a 24/7 comprehensive supports and nursing care in a home setting for sixadults with developmental disabilities and significant medical needs. This residential home is the only Intermediate Care Unit in the State of Vermont.

About The Role:

We are looking for aRegistered Nurse who passionate about providing top care to a small group ofpatients. This unique facility provides opportunities for nursing staff to usetheir technical skills of nursing and building relationships with residents andstaff in a close community. In assuring the optimum health of individuals atWestview Court, the Registered Nurse will provide assessments, nursing services,record keeping, administer medication, and will assist in development andupdating the health care plan. This position will require you to respond toemergency situations appropriately and demonstrate working knowledge of varioustherapies.

What You Need toSucceed:

  • State of Vermont Registered Nurse License.
  • Minimum 1 year of Clinical Nursing Experience, and 1 Year of Developmental Disability Services preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Physically able to perform a moderate amount of lifting for short periods of time.
  • Withstand long periods of standing, walking, running, and providing physical support to others.
