We’re looking for a talented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our team to help optimize and enhance our Salesforce platform, integrating innovative tools to support our property analysis, sales and marketing efforts.
Position Summary:
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing, updating, and optimizing our Salesforce database, focusing on leveraging technology applications, automation, and AI to support our property analysis, sales and marketing teams. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce, integration tools like Zapier, and the ability to implement strategies that drive efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, update, and optimize the Salesforce database to support operational needs and enhance functionality for property analysis, sales and marketing.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including workflows, reports, and dashboards, to provide actionable insights.
- Use Zapier to automate workflows and integrate Salesforce with other technology applications, ensuring smooth data flow between platforms.
- Identify and deploy enhancements within Salesforce to improve process efficiency and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address sales and marketing requirements through Salesforce and AI technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all Salesforce customizations and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Salesforce to maintain system performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with Salesforce.
- Proven experience in Salesforce database management, optimization, and automation.
- Proficiency in Zapier and similar integration platforms.
- Familiarity with AI technology applications and their integration within CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
