The Bloomingdale’s Store Management Executive Development Program (EDP) is your first step in developing your leadership skills to successfully manage a multi-million dollar business. Our developmental curriculum and experiential learning structure provides the skills and confidence needed for you to lead a team of professionals in our stores.
As an Executive Trainee, you will serve as a leader to cultivate a team that guides and inspires our customers to make style a creative source of energy in their lives. You will gain exposure to leadership, business analysis, creative problem solving, technology, and a multitude of cross-functional departments to develop the skillset to succeed in an Omnichannel environment. We will guide you on how to recruit and hire the best talent in the industry as you grow and develop a team of highly engaged powerful sales professionals. After the successful completion of the program you will be promoted to Business Sales Manager, leading and inspiring our store professionals to achieve business results.

Bachelor's degree with a solid academic record (GPA 3.0 or higher), all majors welcomed

Strong business background including analytical skill to strategize data and draw conclusions
