Responsible for achieving sales growth and multi-line penetration of all company products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Specialize in sales, management, and service to an assigned National Account Customer.
Develop and achieve sales volume and expense budgets.
Communicate with millwork buyers regarding performance of existing programs, implementation of new programs, and new opportunities.
Be a products, service and installation knowledge expert.
Improve and update marketing efforts regularly and assist in the development of all Point of Purchase (POP) for specific product lines.
Provide weekly updates of all actions and issues to company operations and sales departments.

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or minimum of five years related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferably in the window and door industry.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:
Computer skills needed. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Relationship Management Software, Quick Quote, M2O, Expense Reporting Program, and Internet Web Browser.
