With a patient centered culture, the IT Customer Service Representative will provide a positive experience to our Customers by being the primary contact point for phone calls and emails into and within the organization. The Customer Service Rep will record, track, each contact in the appropriate database appropriately.
High School Diploma or equivalent; or higher degree obtained.
Minimum of one (1) year of successful experience working with Microsoft applications (ex. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Previous Call Center or Support Center experience preferred. Possess excellent oral and written communications skills and interpersonal relationship skills. Attention to detail. Ability to learn quickly and work in fast pace environment requiring attention to detail. Healthcare experience/knowledge preferred.
Light Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 lbs. with a maximum lifting of 25 lbs.
Ability to sit for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). Good hearing is needed for frequent telephone use.
Ability to support twenty-four by seven operations to include On Call Rotation between Customer Service Representatives.
