What We Need:
The partner will be responsible for handling the front end of the loan process, from initial client inquiry until receipt of the contract. This will involve communicating with new leads, setting appointments, gathering client information, organizing and reviewing loan documents, analyzing loans for pre-approval, and packaging new deals for submission to back-end processing. A successful candidate will be flexible and function well in a team environment.
What You Will Do:
Communicate status updates and appropriately escalate issues and opportunities to meet the needs of clients and homeowners.
Scanning and placing documents into e-folders within Octane
Parse documents into their corresponding efolder labels with accuracy.
Offer Assistance to borrowers utilizing the Encompass portal
Obtain vendor validations from borrowers
Effectively manage multiple demands and competing priorities
Develop effective professional partnerships with all colleagues
Process documents in an accurate and timely manner to ensure proper procedures are followed
What You Need:
Familiarity with mortgage process and mortgage documents
Ability to adapt well to change
Exceptional computer skills
Demonstrate responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning; must be a fast paced individual
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analystical and organizational skills
Ability to take direction and comprehend training
Ability to work closely within a team structure
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Word and Excel
Working knowledge of Encompass software system a plus
