Press Ganey currently has an exciting opportunity for a role on the Transformational Advisory Services, Operations Team. This individual will be a member of the Operations Team and will support the Transformational Services division. The Operations Analyst will lead the advancement, management and utilization of pipeline and resource management analytics and reporting to ensure the Transformational Services division is well positioned to meet sales goals and have the appropriate staffing to meet those goals. The individual works in collaboration with other operations team members, senior Transformational Services division leaders, and the Press Ganey sales team in the tasks that support Transformational Services sales and operations.
Members of the Operations team work collaboratively with individuals in all areas of the company, and therefore maintain working knowledge of company products and services, and possess an understanding of internal organizational structure, processes, and functionality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Using Salesforce, work with the Proposal Development Team to develop and manage the queue for proposal and other business development documents requested ensuring all deliverables are provided within needed timeframes.
Using Salesforce and other tools, Provide timely data analysis for sales forecasting, pipeline management, executive dashboards, and contract status using both scheduled and ad hoc reports for sales, Transformational Services leadership and other senior leaders.
Develop and maintain automated pricing templates for standard and customized solutions. Partner with Transformational Services SMEs to finalize pricing for proposals/contracts.
Using the PSA (Mavenlink) and other analytic tools to execute on the processes required to provide access to accurate, timely analytics to efficiently and effectively price, manage and staff client engagements. Advance the use of available tools to support staff capacity modeling and recruitment planning.
Maintain working knowledge of company philosophy, approach, products and services.
5+ years of related experience required, which may include sales and/or consulting.
Excellent communication, writing and editing skills
Strong analytical, quantitative and critical thinking skills
Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience working in other software business tools such as Salesforce.com and Mavenlink (or other PSA tools)
Ability to uncover data trends, patterns and insights in data.
Exceptional personal drive, curiosity and attention to detail.
Superior attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and to quickly adapt to multiple priorities.
