AA Degree preferred. Professional knowledge in the information technology field required.
Experience: 0-2 years overall progressive hands on experience in information technology.
Certifications/Licenses: A+ Certification required
Computer Proficiency: Specialist-Systems and related technologies, computer operations and Intel or Unix based technical support. Experience with HealthCare industry technology is preferred. Microsoft Windows workstation operating systems version Windows 7 and above.

Job Summary:
Responsible for providing technical support to LifeBridge Health’s end-user community on hardware, software, and network related problems, questions and use.

Essential Functions:
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of emerging desktop technologies and software applications.
  • Provides outstanding technical and customer service to end users,including troubleshooting via telephone..
  • Identifies user hardware and/or software problems and resolves them either directly or through coordination with other IS personnel.
  • Set-up and deployment of pc’s, printers and peripherals for newly constructed or renovated units.
Position Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
