Specialist-Systems and related technologies, computer operations and Intel or Unix based technical support. Experience with HealthCare industry technology is preferred. Microsoft Windows workstation operating systems version Windows 7 and above.
Responsible for providing technical support to LifeBridge Health’s end-user community on hardware, software, and network related problems, questions and use.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of emerging desktop technologies and software applications.
- Provides outstanding technical and customer service to end users,including troubleshooting via telephone..
- Identifies user hardware and/or software problems and resolves them either directly or through coordination with other IS personnel.
- Set-up and deployment of pc’s, printers and peripherals for newly constructed or renovated units.
