Office Assistant

Anthony's Thornton Park - Orlando, FL


Seeking a part-time office assistant to work about 10-15 hours per week. Can be either morning or afternoon after training – FLEXIBLE HOURS.

*At least one year of experience in an office environment with previous data entry is required

* Stable job history

*Must be punctual and reliable

*Self-directed initiative
*Must have the ability to communicate effectively, clearly and professionally over the telephone, face to face and in written communications such as e-mails.

*Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

*Flexibility to adjust to evolving company needs
*Must know how to use a computer.
*Must be meticulous and willing to follow instructions exactly as they are given.
*Must be a team player, and be willing to help out others when needed.
*Must be comfortable working in a fast paced workplace with tight deadlines.
*Must be comfortable sitting behind a desk as well as helping with Field work outside of the office if needed.

*Professional appearance and demeanor

*Must be authorized to work in the US

Prospective candidates should be proficient with the following software: QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in grammar and sentence structure is expected. Attention to detail, knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems, confidentiality, reliability and professionalism are a must.

*Data Entry
*Scanning documents

*Communication with team members, vendors and clientele

*Price Comparisons

*Bill Payments

*Cash Handling

*Report Analytics

*Perform any other special duties as requested by Manager(s)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 /hour
