As we scale from 130 people to hundreds in the next year, we are looking for driven Operations professionals who are looking to get in on the ground floor and help create the bedrock of service our organization needs. The Operations Expansion Vertical Leader will work with key stakeholders across our teams to identify and launch new operational processes within our organization. Your work will support the continued growth, scale, and efficiency of Newfront as a business.

The ideal candidate will:
Demonstrate operational process-building & streamlining abilities
Possess strong leadership skills that motivate their team towards long-term and short-term goals
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills & the ability to work across the aisle
Be experienced in building/designing process and streamlining workflows
Be analytically rigorous
Demonstrate strong presentation skills (oral and written)

Requirements:
Prior Business Experience (2-3 years)
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in an output oriented work environment (high-growth startup, consulting, finance)
Track-record in quickly mastering otherwise unknown topics

Bonus Skills:
Ability to generate reports in SFDC
SFDC admin training
Six Sigma or LEAN experience
