New Horizons is searching for sales representatives who have a track record of success and with at least two years experience in sales preferably in the service industry or with an intangible products such as insurance, advertising, or something related. Your responsibilities will be to bring in new clients as well as maintain current accounts by providing computer training solutions as well as training for Leadership and other Professional Development solutions. This individual must be self motivated, charismatic, and have a strong desire to be THE TOP DOG. This individual will be provided excellent accounts to maintain and grow but also be expected to bring in new contacts and clients by prospecting daily, attending networking events, and penetrating new departments within your current accounts.

Our sales model is a structured environment. The majority of your work is done in an inside sales environment while at the same time setting up outside meetings to learn more about our clients needs and future plans. The more successful advisers tend to be more aggressive sales reps, not order takers who simply wait on a client to call in. The successful reps in our system are hunters, people with a strong desire to be the best at what they do, take responsibility for their successes or failures, and are never satisfied with missing their goals. We are looking for winners who expect to be the top of his or her game. The most successful Training Advisers learn their clients needs and business practices so that we can provide the best custom fit solution. This position requires dedication and are best suited for those individuals that will exceed our clients expectations so that they can expect residual business in the future. You will have the support of one of the most experienced management groups in the industry with roughly 60 years of experience in the New Horizons network. We are here to help you become successful.   • Financial analysis: Understands the financial impact of decisions on the client, the client’s customer, and New Horizons.
  • Market analysis: Understands market trends and the implications of those trends for the industry, customers, markets and the competition.
  • Business planning: Understands the factors that affect an industry’s potential for profitability and growth and a company’s competitive position, and how this information is used to determine the strategic direction and annual business plan for the company.
  • Computer literacy: Has basic computer skills applied to prospecting and marketing programs, including customer contact and customer management.
  • Product Knowledge: Possesses expertise related to New Horizon’s products and services as well as crucial aspects of the business.

Salary: $35,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
