  • Job Responsibilities
    • The Manager will also be responsible for the creation of statistical models to predict customer behavior and performance of marketing initiatives, as well as for creating and measuring specific performance metrics.
    • Will need to manipulating and analyzing large data sets and poses excellent interpersonal, communication, team building, and problem solving skills.
    • The manager will help drive marketing channel decisions using data analysis
    • The manager is expected to work cohesively with cross-functional teams
    • The manager is expected to continually improve his/her, as well as the team's, knowledge of tools, data, the business, and best practices
    • The manager must become and help the team become data and subject experts in various marketing channels that the analysts support
  • Job Requirements
    • 5+ year relevant analytics experience
    • Leadership & Managerial experience
    • A strong desire to build and develop effective and efficient teams
    • Proficient at SQL, Omniture, Microsoft Excel, BI tools, and statistical analysis methods.
    • Proficient with statistical methods and nomenclature
    • Ability to perform ad hoc and longitudinal analyses on large data sets using statistical tools and methodologies.
    • Perform in-depth and root-cause analyses, identify trends, and succinctly report key findings
    • Possess strong logic skills to critique data gathering, data analyses, and research methodologies
    • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
    • SPSS, SAS, R, HTML, Python, and SQL skills
    • A/B & Multivariate testing/analysis knowledge
    • Experience mentoring and training junior analysts
    • A strong understanding of economic and financial concepts
    • Familiarity with Online and Digital Marketing

    • Strong leadership
    • Team and task organization
    • Command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
    • Experience with relational databases (SQL, Microsoft Access, etc.)
    • Familiarity with statistical data analysis (R,SAS, SPSS, KXEN, etc.)
