Researches and resolves invoice errors. Assists internal clients with the resolution of their invoice issues in addition to training end users on the process of invoice resolution. Qualifications: Ability to work under pressure. Shows attention to detail. Excellent Data Entry skills. Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Demonstrated strength in facilitating projects, multiple tasks and priority setting. Requirements/Skill Level: Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and at least 3+ years of related experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
