Experienced personal injury paralegal for growing practice based out of our Valparaiso location. Experience in case management, litigation, trial preparation and trial. Duties include active case management, communication with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, experts and doctors.
Experience drafting pleadings, discovery and motions, responding to discovery requests, etc.
Qualifications include strong team player, ability to multi-task and prioritize, attention to detail, strong work ethic, desire to help people, highly organized, ability to maintain confidentiality and professional.
