Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator helps create a positive experience for clients from initial contact through the sales appointment. Successful Sales Coordinators have the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment, excel with a high volume of deadline-driven tasks, and are highly motivated to succeed. The ideal candidate will have integrity and a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and problem solving skills, and a professional demeanor toward others.

Collect, track, and communicate all sales leads received from home builder sales agents
Welcome visitors for sales appointments, answer or refer inquiries
Answer incoming telephone calls and route them appropriately, including taking detailed messages
Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
Process customer requests for projects and services
Review new client appointment requests with Sales Manager before assigning to Sales Associate
Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the team using proprietary software
Maintain the reception area and showroom refreshments
Share continuous project updates with the Sales Manager and team
Maintain documentation and prepares project portfolios, including pictures and floor plans
Complete additional projects assigned by Sales Manager
