Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service Team Member that is forward-thinking and can hit the ground running representing major telecommunications clients. Working with the latest technology, our Customer Service Team Members will be demonstrating what products are being offered, as well as how the services operate. In order to do this, we are seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills to thoroughly explain the services our clients provide. As well as the patience and professionalism to present customers with best-in-class technology.
Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities:
- Will develop the education necessary in order to serve as the main point of contact between our client customer’s
- Attend daily training courses with our Directors to ensure that all employees are well versed on our client's products and services
- Ability to work cohesively with our sales team in order to effectively communicate with customers in regards to new technology in local territories and help to generate sales revenue
- Use corresponding personal and interpersonal communication skills to deliberately educate customers on services available
- Make customer needs the primary focus on every conversation; actively listen to what the customer is saying to better execute their desires, build rapport and take action to ensure their loyalty
Customer Service Team Member Qualifications:
- High School Education / GED is required
- Highly organized and communicative with both colleagues and customers
- Must be confident public speaking in order to present information to customers in a clear and concise approach that will help to close sales
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment that is based on innovative technology
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to ensure that all customer's needs are being met in a timely manner
