CALL CENTER AGENT FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assists customers and potential customers with their telephone and email requests

· Answer questions about products and services and resolves problems within authority

· Assist customers with online inquires and trouble shooting

· Refer customers for loan funding – established goals

· Perform daily duties accurately while maintaining acceptable production levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.30 to $29.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Call Center: 1 year
  • Financial Institution (Banking): 1 year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent
