Summary
  • Ensures effective systems and processes are in place and being maintained to deliver consistent quality to customer’s as per order requirements.
  • Lead overall quality at the integration centre, including quality staff and their outputs.
  • Prepares monthly/ weekly reports and analyses trends and takes appropriate action for resolution
  • Ensures adequate corrective actions are taken to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Act with a sense of urgency to contain any quality escapes and put in preventive measures.
  • Facilitate Team’s in problem solving, documenting actions and ensure accountability for completion.
  • Develop and deploy quality assurances processes and procedures.
  • Engages team and peers to support the adoption of quality management processes and procedures
  • Supplier Quality- work with supply chain and suppliers to ensure materials meet quality requirements
  • Maintain Quality metrics within target and take appropriate actions to correct deviations.
  • Promote a positive QA culture at the integration centre with behaviour that reflects our winning ways.
What you'll do

What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in Engineering/ Quality management discipline
Certification in Lean/ six sigma advantageous
Extensive experience in Quality management at a senior level, minimum of 5 years
Demonstrated knowledge of structured problem solving methodology such as 8D, A3 etc.
Results orientated with proven demonstrated experience in measuring and achieving results
Effective communicator with strong facilitation skills
Strong people management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
Previous experience in Gaming industry advantageous

Computer Literacy:
  • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exposure to MRP, ERP and Sales Administration Systems.
Communication Skills:
  • Able to communicate ideas to the business effectively both in written and verbal forms.
Operational:
  • In depth understanding of Manufacturing
  • ISO9001 quality management systems
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies
  • Understanding of Quality
  • Understanding of Safety
  • Travel 20%
