Reporting to the HSN Payment Marketing Manager, the Specialist will manage and execute HSN’s mass payment marketing campaigns for HSN's private label credit card program (PLCC) and gift card campaigns. Primary focuses include creation of the mass promotional calendar for HSN PLCC program managed in conjunction with Alliance Data Systems (bank). Mass promotions are inclusive of new cardholder acquisition campaigns, mass savings offers that drive card usage and program value proposition execution and marketing HSN Credit benefits (ExtraFlex, VIP Financing, VIP Easy Returns). These mass promotions support new customer accounts, incremental spend and increased share of wallet, aspiring to drive high penetration of total HSN sales. Works cross-functionally with key internal and external stakeholders to manage and execute industry leading marketing strategies within multiple marketing channels including Digital site, Email, TV, print, Bank channels and external Digital Marketing. Works closely with HSN Business Unit (Merch, Creative, TV, Planning, Digital Site Production), Global Payment Strategy, Global Payment Operations and Performance Marketing teams to execute the global payment marketing vision through fact based decisions guided by robust reporting, analytics and insights.

A Day in the Life
Support the day to day execution of mass marketing PLCC campaigns from planning stage through execution and reporting across multiple channels including web, mobile, call center, email, TV and statement/package inserts
Ensure marketing campaigns are launched on time and accurately
Partner closely with Finance, Analytics and other cross functional teams to inform and track performance of mass marketing campaigns
Cultivate Alliance Data Systems (ADS) partnership to ensure seamless execution of payment marketing roadmap through highly curated marketing campaigns
Ambassador across key internal stakeholder groups to provide education, awareness and basic understanding of Global Payment Marketing efforts to drive excitement, support, momentum and successful execution of projects and initiatives
Execute, monitor and amend marketing timelines
Stay aware of industry trends, innovations and marketing best practices including those in payments, credit cards, and mobile commerce

Must Haves
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Payments, Communications or related field
Understanding of marketing strategy and execution
Prior project management, program management, payment experience within the marketing realm preferred
Proactive, self-directed individual with proven ability to independently manage multiple projects, balancing strategy with day-to-day execution
Strategic thinker providing expertise in developing short and long term marketing roadmaps, campaigns and calendars
Ability to both influence and collaborate with others, adjusting quickly to changing priorities, aggressive timelines and multiple objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven executive communication skills (both written and verbal)
Demonstrated analytical skills. Ability to quickly derive and apply insights from research and analysis
Experience negotiating with and managing external vendors/partners
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Able to work a flexible schedule when needed
Candidates will be considered in totality of their skills and experience versus strict interpretation of “must haves”.

3+ years in Marketing, Retailing, or other business related field with a concentration in Marketing/Advertising
Lifecycle marketing experience (mass and targeted)
