We are looking for a qualified, results-driven, and dedicated person to join our management team as a Dining Room Manager & Wine and Beverage Director. Our ideal candidate will lead or Wine and Beverage program as well as develop and maintain strong business and guest relations. This individual has the passion and drive and truly wants to excel in the industry. S/he has experience in top rated restaurants, a strong understanding in restaurant planning, daily operations, a motivation and interest in wine and food, excellent client relations, comfort leading shift service, and more. We prefer a classically trained service background and, in exchange, we offer long-term growth opportunities within our cutting-edge environment.
The position requires involvement in all facets of restaurant operations, including: management of operations, relationships and new business, profit generation, service training and development, and software proficiency in Open Table, Restaurant POS, Microsoft Word and Excel.
