Responsible for leading and overseeing DoseEdge implementations across all functions and the region for the customer. Oversee directly or through a matrix environment, site integration leads supporting the project.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $96,000 - $112,000 + bonus
This candidate can be located anywhere throughout the U.S.
Identify resource requirements and schedules resources as required to ensure safe and efficient DoseEdge implementations
Coordinate project logistics with multi-disciplinary teams including Pharmacy, IT and other key stakeholders
Ensure ongoing project communications are communicated across Baxter & customer.
Tailor template project management deliverables (scope documents, milestone status reports, actions/issues lists, etc.) and implementation approaches to specific customer implementations
Create and deliver implementation meeting presentations
Manage and resolve issues and risks which arise during implementations
Manage customer expectations for scope, time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
Collaborates with all project stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure support of certain goals set during the pre-contract stage are incorporated as part of the overall implementation planning
Works as part of the implementation team with responsibility for oversight of all implementation activities. Ensure highest quality implementations via adherence to established business model, per best demonstrated practice documents. Provide clinical insight and benchmarking where necessary. Provide other resources to consult as necessary.
Responsible for achieving implementation project milestone targets to ensure business that Baxter can recognize revenue as forecasted. Report any changes to milestone targets in timely manner to key internal stakeholders.
Ensures customer satisfaction through measurement tools as established.
Assists marketing product managers with market surveillance, customer needs, and future product ideas
Proven experience operating in clinical environments, on patient care units with all levels of clinical managers. Must understand and identify clinical issues and be able to predict needs and trends
Project management experience in clinical setting preferred. Strong project leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects, establish processes and handle competing interests. Process improvement methodology knowledge preferred (SixSigma, Lean Thinking, CQI)
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to thrive in a matrix environment. Able to interface at all levels of customer and Baxter organization
Must be able to travel up to 80%
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and leadership skills. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations to the clinical and executive level
Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree required
Licensed RN or RPh preferred
Minimum of 7-10 years clinical/hospital experience with 5 years project management experience. 3-5 years experience installing medical products preferred
Advanced degree preferred
PMP certification highly desired
