We are looking to fill our QA Engineering Tech Intern position! This position is responsible for performing activities within the Quality Engineering Test Labs under the direction of a Quality Engineer or higher authority, including, but not limited to: Product and component testing, Failure Analysis, test equipment construction, maintenance and repair, and data reporting as requested at any given time.

Our Expectations from You

Organizes and maintains physical lab facilities; troubleshoots and repairs lab equipment, pumps, and fixtures;
maintains maintenance logs.
Constructs and maintains fixtures for product testing and inspection
Schedules and performs product life/reliability (MTBF) and function testing in accordance with applicable test
protocols in quality plans, product specifications and national standards
Documents and gives feedback on test results, product failure analysis, equipment builds and maintenance
Reviews test reports prior to release to ensure they are clear, accurate and complete.
Supports product failure analysis testing, inspection, review and reporting.
Submits change requests and/or corrective action requests for recurring and major non-conformances; assists in
driving the requests submitted to closure.
Tests performance of electromechanical assemblies, using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, electronic
multimeters, power analyzers and load cells.
Tests parts of assemblies and packaging using XRF and FTIR test instrumentation in accordance with applicable
test standards to determine material composition and screen for specific materials.

Required Qualifications

Generally 0-2 years of experience
High school diploma
Vocational or technical training in testing or electronics field
Experience troubleshooting and repairing pumps and/or other test equipment
