- Must have over three years’ experience processing FHA, VA, CONV, Jumbo and Non-QM loans.
- Have extensive knowledge off all the products and programs offered by the lender such as AmeriHomes, PennyMac, Suntrust and other correspondent lenders.
- Knowledge of processing correspondent loans, (broker knowledge will not help, it will only create problems and setup you up for failure).
- Ability to work in LendingPad, price- out loans and lock with Optimal Blue, create initial disclosures, and final CD.
- Process in the correspondent channel, (we are a fully delegated HUD- approved lender). Working just as a broker will not qualify you for the position.
- The ability to lead a team of 20 or more loan officers, while demonstrating leadership qualities. You are going to be the CEO, loan officer and support staff., Tthe loan officers are going to seek your advice for daily mortgage activities.
- Have passed your NMLS Safe Act test and obtained a state license. *This is not required for individuals who possess the proper work experience and leadership qualities.
- An unforgiven salary of $5,000 to $10,000 a month.
- Compensation from your loans with best pricing in the industry, ranging from 1.00 up to 5.00 points.
- The ability to originate and close FHA, VA, Convention, Jumbo and Non-QM in our name. We can go as low as 580 credit scores on FHA and VA loans.
- Use of transition desk so that you can originate loans in 32 states, currently.
- Setup your margins for loan officer working under you. You will have the ability to set you margins as high and 50BPS per file on each loan processed through your branch.
- Receive full processing fee without having to be licensed.
This program is designed for mortgage processor and underwriters looking to start their own branch and become their own boss. Our highly experienced nationwide recruiters will recruit for your branch in any region of the country. You will have the ability to manage a group of loan originators dedicated to your branch --, your will be responsible for training, processing and leading as many as possible.
