What You Will Do
Lead the charge for effective leasing and customer engagement in property management for the best properties in town!

Communicate the features and benefits of the property while building rapport and providing great leasing services

Explain and assist with the completion of applications and leasing agreements

Assist with light cleaning of move outs and the occasional sparkling of units
-
Golf cart operations may be necessary for onsite property tours
-
Frequently sitting, standing and walking.
- Occasionally lifting up to 15 lbs

Travel between assigned properties
What You Will Need

Previous leasing experience preferred

Attention to detail and a knack for explaining the features available on property

A warm and engaging personality that is inviting and friendly to others

The ability to multi-task and to follow-up with potential renters, vendors and residents
- Professional attitude and positive demeanor that enhances teamwork
- Exceptional communications both over the phone and in-person
