Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and treatment
- Perform basic life support procedures as needed
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Administer medications under the supervision of a healthcare provider
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing
- Perform medical administrative support tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records
- Assist with medical coding and billing processes
- Front desk responsibilities, taking payments, calling leads, booking appointment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Proficiency in medication administration techniques
- Ability to provide excellent patient care and ensure patient comfort
- Familiarity with medical administrative tasks, such as scheduling and recordkeeping
- Experience with X-ray procedures is a plus
- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
