Our equipment operators are a valued member of 2 to 3 person construction crews that focus on stormwater facility construction, major repairs, and stream restoration. Previous experience with stream restoration structure placement, fine grading, and bioretention installation desired. Experience or familiarity with site layout and plan reading, pipe installation, slip lining, concrete repairs, and precast concrete structure installation is preferred. The operator should be able to work independently and safely in conjunction with a foreman or project manager to solve problems in the field as needed.

We work on a wide variety of projects (stream restoration, stormwater pond retrofits, bioretention installation, pipe work, grading, relining, etc.) and as result every day brings new challenges, therefore a positive attitude and enthusiasm for a variety of work is needed. We are growing and there is significant opportunity for advancement for the right person.

Valid driver's license with a record acceptable to our insurance company is a must.
CDL preferred, but not required.
Experience operating loaders, mid to small sized excavators and other construction equipment.
Understanding of operation and maintenance of construction machinery and the ability to identify problems.
Problem solving skills and can-do attitude.
Must be level headed, have no drama, and respectful of others.
Must be dependable and show up on time.
