The Administrative Assistant role takes the opportunity to build, implement and manage multiple systems. This role is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality and attention to detail. This person must be detailed orientated, consistent and dependable.

Compensation:
$13/hour or more depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Build, implement and manage all systems for buyers and sellers
  • Manage all paperwork and touchpoints related to a real estate transaction (contract to close)
  • Coordinate showings and listing appointments
  • Database management
  • Maintain expense tracker, manage standard reporting and assure collection of commissions
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
  • Real Estate experience a plus, but not required
  • Calm under pressure
  • Ability to office in Glen Ellyn, IL
  • Social media/marketing experience
