Job Title: Client Service Associate
Location: Atlanta, GA
We are hiring a Client Service Associate to join our photography team. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent service to our clients by addressing their concerns, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client projects
- Utilize Salesforce and other software applications to track client interactions and manage account activities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities
- Assist with financial services tasks, such as processing payments and invoices
- Provide support in the development and implementation of client strategies
Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for photography and an understanding of the industry will be advantageous.
