The Vice President of Information Technology position is responsible for serving as a senior leader for the entire IT function at Victra. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, you will set and execute Victra's IT strategy alongside key business units to achieve success across the organization. This position will oversee retail technology (design, implementation and support), infrastructure, security, strategy, software development and point-of-sale administration. Your role will be to support the retail stores' technology needs as well as the needs of those that support the retail stores in other functional areas such as HR, Finance, Store Operations, Marketing, Legal, Asset Protection and more.
YOUR FOCUS (JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):
Foster an IT work environment that enables employee engagement, creativity and rapid solutions.
Build strong relationships with executive, retail and functional leaders.
Establish strategy for IT alignment to business requirements and execute with excellence.
Ensure adherence to PCI and other industry best practice security frameworks
Manage all IT budgeting and operating resources in a shared services model.
Coordinate all vendor relationships for IT functions, including contract lifecycle and negotiation.
Participate in Enterprise Risk Management function of the business.
Define and provide regular reporting and key metrics to executive and senior leaders pertaining to IT supporting functions, such as support activities, technology acceptability in stores, etc.
Evaluate business continuity and disaster recovery plans to establish and improve capability
Leadership and strategy around eCommerce and omni-retail technologies.
YOUR BACKGROUND (REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS):
Have you had to work in high-expectation situations providing rapid and collaborative solutions with a diverse team? You will have excellent planning and organization skills with the highest level of attention and accuracy. We are looking for the Vice President of Information Technology to also bring the following:

Proven experience handling multiple projects using strong prioritization and decision-making skills

Demonstrated hands-on-leadership of contemporary enterprise technology architectures and best practices.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Master's Degree in IT, Business Administration or related field and 10+ years of progressive technology management experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Retail and/or high multi-location experience in a commission-based structure is highly beneficial (Victra has ~1,100 stores).
Experience with the following technologies and frameworks is highly preferred:
Microsoft Office 365
Microsoft SQL Server
Microsoft Active Directory
Broadband Technologies including Fiber, Cable, Ethernet, etc.
Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies as well as traditional Project Management processes
