Job Purpose: To control, manage, and monitor inventory in the company.
Essential Duties:
- Cycle Counting: follow the cycle count tracking document with the current schedule.
- Inventory transfers from warehouse to warehouse. Complete arrow conversion jobs as needed.
- Accurately conduct research and make adjustments to inventory as needed.
- Perform job disassembly as needed.
- Issue parts to R&D per requisition forms received from engineering. Issue raw material to subcontract jobs.
- Process Return to Vendor forms and complete procedure.
- Process scrap product
- Process Splashed Hydrographics swaps.
- Communicate with vendors when needed
- Perform any other related duties and assignments as required, including, but not limited to, assisting production in any way, and driving the box truck to and from offsite locations.
Education/Certification Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalency.

- Incumbent will work in a production setting, and will be required to stand for extended periods (between 8 - 10 hours per shift) of time and move throughout the production area.
- Incumbent will be required to use a computer with keyboard, telephone or handheld mobile device, and office machinery as needed.
- Incumbent will be required to use hand tools, including an air drill and other production tools.
- Individual must be able to frequently and repeatedly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift, push, and carry up to 65 pounds throughout the shift.
- Incumbent must be able to read, see, hear, and speak.
- Incumbent must have the ability to perform precision work requiring manual dexterity throughout the entire shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
