Position: Director of Sales and Marketing
Mission Creek is a vibrant senior living community committed to providing exceptional care and enhancing the well-being of our residents. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team and contribute to the health and happiness of our residents.
Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:
- Complete daily rounds in designated hospitals
- Obtain new high acuity inquiries and assesses particular patients to evaluate care needs before admission and direct them to the appropriate center
- Evaluate inquiries, makes a decision and communicate information to the case manager and admissions coordinator, and facilitate the patient’s smooth transition into the center.
- Obtain accurate information from physicians, patients, and referral sources regarding the expected discharge plan and communicates this information to the interdisciplinary team
- Develop relationships with hospital social workers, physicians, hospital discharge planners and administrators, clergy, attorneys, civic/professional organizations, home health agencies, families, etc., to understand the need for program services and to communicate services offered which meet these needs
Campus Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Source and screen applicants for open positions within a region, ensuring that candidates meet the needs of the center for both qualifications and culture
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles within the organization
- Serve as a recruiting ambassador for full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
- Participate and strategize with retention committees to generate new ideas on ways to retain current employees
- Coordinate and cultivate relationships with trade schools, local businesses, technical schools, High schools, community colleges, vocational schools, etc
- Use various recruitment techniques, bringing new ideas to the table consistently to stay ahead of recruitment trends within the industry.
- Generate a diverse candidate population using various methods, including job boards, membership organizations, and personal networking
- Build and maintain solid relationships with contacts at target schools, programs, etc.
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the Company and position, reinforcing the values and culture of assigned facilities.
- Proactively build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and repeat positions to meet future talent needs.
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, networking groups, social media, referrals, and advertising
- Assist with managing and growing our employment brand and recruiting presence across social media channels
- Attend local job fairs and state conferences representing Eden Senior Care
Requirements:
- Knowledge of area hospitals and other local healthcare organizations preferred but willing to train.
- Experience with physician and hospital staff relationship development
- Sales and marketing experience in generating referral sources
- Has established relationships with local social workers and discharge planners
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to carry a conversation
