We are seeking a sales person with insurance experience to work as an Insurance Sales Agent. The ideal candidate will be an up-beat self-starter with a track record of hitting sales goals. We are one of the largest Allstate agencies in Oregon and growing fast! Here's what it takes to join our team:
Job Duties:
- Meet new sales production goals and objectives as established.
- Prospect for new business by calling leads from referrals, marketing, cold-calling, and databases.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Follow up with clients to answer questions, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Mentor associates.
- Build outstanding relationships.
Requirements:
- Prior insurance experience
- Property & casualty insurance license
- Must be willing to dial 100+ calls daily – this level of activity is required in order to be successful
- Must be willing to work Internet leads and requotes.
- Genuine willingness to learn and to be coached.
- Resourcefulness and high self-motivation.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
