**Job Description & Qualifications**

**Job Summary**

Responsible for directing and overseeing strategic and long-range eBusiness goals and coordinates the effort across all IT functions to support the business strategy. Develop and execute digital strategy including channel integration, expansion, digital growth, and investment priority. Coordinate and lead efforts UX experts and internal staff to continually enhance and maintain an innovative and modern digital platform which supports the company’s overall strategic plan. Prioritize and measure new technologies and capabilities to accelerate revenue growth.

**Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities**

+ Manages all aspects of eBusiness properties to include ROI, strategy, creative direction, content, enhancements, functionality, and revenues.

+ Develops an annual eBusiness plan to include qualitative and quantitative goals, strategic partnerships,messaging and operational support.

+ Works with Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising on promotions, product launches, special offers, customeracquisition, retention and conversion, and overall content.

+ Recommends, develops and executes strategies including SEO/SEM, newsletters, e-Blasts, pod casts,online promotions, blogs and interactive tools that enhance the user experience.

+ Manages and interfaces with managers who oversee technical development, programming, andmaintenance of the digital properties.

+ Optimizes digital properties for conversion, revenue and profitability by developing enhancement plans to optimize the online experience during the purchasing process.

+ Oversees profitability of site including revenue optimization and expense management. Identifies new onlinedevelopment and revenue opportunities by participating across all business lines on strategy for driving online Oversees profitability of site including revenue optimization and expense management. **Nature and Scope**

+ Problems are typically defined by higher level leadership. Problems are difficult. Solutions require analysis and investigation.

+ Decides how to achieve planned results within an organization's plans, policies and guidelines. May set or change plans/goals within respective department or area.

+ May manage department via multiple layers of managers OR directly supervise a staff of professionals IC's at the senior or technical advisor level.

**Work Environment**

+ Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

+ Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

+ Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

**Education and Experience**

+ Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline. Generally 9+ years experience in related field including several years in a management/supervisory capacity.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ 5+ years of creative, strategic and online marketing experience, specifically with eCommerceand management of online revenues.

+ Experience in B2B industry and prior P&L responsibility; international experience is preferred.

+ Experience managing outside vendors and technology project implementation.
